I think I have said it before… utterly generous in providing free campsites across the entire state for us travellers.
Nestled in the forests in the centre of Tasmania sits the Arve Campsite. Probably enough room for six vans to park beside this gorgeous river.
There is also a marked short 15 minute walk through the dark forest.
The heart of a giant tree who reached its time to stand tall. In time, it will break up and nourish the soil for new trees to reach these heights.
Looks like my kind of camping. Free and gorgeous! Maybe Victoria should take a leaf out of their book.
